Most founders reach a point where the informal ways of working that were fine at the start begin to fail. As the team gets bigger, communication slows down and the culture can feel diluted. My role is to act as an organizational architect to turn that complexity into clear and workable systems so the business can scale without losing agility or trust.

I focus on scaling clarity and simplicity. I partner with leadership teams to bridge the gap between startup energy and a professional organization by focusing on three areas:

1. Organizational Design. I help companies move from accidental culture to intentional operating models that support expansion.
2. Leadership Alignment. I make sure managers and executives are prepared to lead larger and more complex teams.
3. Process Optimization. I build the people systems and infrastructure that allow a company to grow without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

The Proof:
I bring over 20 years of experience in connecting business needs with people realities. Most recently, as Chief People Officer at CluePoints, I supported a major transformation where we scaled from 145 to more than 360 people while tripling revenue from €19M to over €65M ARR. Throughout this growth, we maintained a high eNPS of 49 and a low 12% attrition rate.

Current Focus:
Through Joornio, I advise companies on people strategy and organizational transformation. I am at my best when I am in the trenches with a leadership team solving the real puzzles of growth.
