◦ Ensure publicity and wide dissemination of the objectives and principles of the African Science, Technology and Innovation Organization among partners and all stakeholders; ◦ Support stakeholders in developing implementation strategies consistent with those of the AOTI; ◦ Ensure harmonization of communication and information policies among AU member states; ◦ Coordinate the production and editing of regular STI and technical reports for member states and RECs via the ITC;

◦ Make important decisions regarding the operation of the the company ◦ Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of the executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.) ◦ Represent the company ◦ Coordinate the planning and development of IT systems for the company and its customers. ◦ Establish policies that promote the company's culture and vision. ◦ Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. ◦ Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through indirect customer contact and prospecting. ◦ Design and implement strategies, plans and procedures procedures.
