Support to key transformation initiatives : mainly on S4HANA project by driving business process (re)designs and improvements within Finance, across several geographies by bringing sound process engineering expertise, big picture orientation, data-driven solutioning, rigorous coordination with other functions and effective change management during implementation.

Working hand in hand with Regional Leaders, I will drive the regions' financial performance providing Regional Leaders and the region's team with timely and accurate analysis on Product and Project Businesses and regional cost structure (till the contribution margin). I will follow Order Intake (OI) and backlog on a monthly basis, run yearly budget and forecast processes in my respective geographical areas (Africa & Western Europe). For ExCom meeting, I will support Regional Leaders for business & operational analysis. In cooperation with other Regional finance controllers, best practices, standards and harmonized reports will be implemented across the Group. I will keep my Business Administrator's roles and other responsibilities, such as Bonds management & Letter of Credit process improvements.
