Claire Idelot

Passionate about technology especially product management, I am a natural leader who loves building and scaling products and teams. I use coaching, collaborative methods, management tools, transparent communication and data as drivers.

By working closely with engineers, designers and people from all backgrounds, I have gained valuable experience in product launch and practices, work processes and strategic alignment to achieve business goals. Delivery is just as important to me as the quality of the discovery.

I aim to empower everyone I work with through values ​​such as autonomy, a sense of impact and mastery.

Previous freelance work :

- acculturation to product management during company seminars,

- assistance in structuring teams and product processes,

- coaching programme to support senior PMs who are moving on to head of product,

- creation of a Master's degree in Product Management for the Ynov school (launch planned for September 2023)
