- Production director / e.g. agreeing to, and managing a budget, staffing, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, organizing facilities, coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire, ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to, overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently, coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.

- Project manager / e.g. securing and booking a suitable venue or location, preparing delegate packs and papers, planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations, identifying and securing speakers or special guests, post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders), liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures, plus social media coverage.

- Copy writer / e.g brainstorming animation, answering tenders (writing recommendation from A to Z) concept & workshop conception, website contents, brand message writing, speech writing, etc.
