    When I joined VIALINK, the company was experiencing strong growth and was a subsidiary of the BRED Banque Populaire Group. In June 2024, VIALINK was acquired by the Signaturit Group, strengthening its position as a European leader in digital trust solutions.

    In this scale-up phase, and as the 1st HR, I led the creation and structuring of the HR function, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution:

    • HR Department Creation & Scaling: Built the entire HR function from scratch as the first HR leader. Recruited, structured, and managed a high-performing HR team (3 people), establishing scalable foundations and transforming HR into a trusted business partner for leadership and teams.
    • Talent Acquisition & Management Architecture: Defined and executed an end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with aggressive company growth targets (e.g., scaled teams from X to Y employees). Designed core Talent Management frameworks, including performance review cycles, career paths, and development plans.
    • HR Digitalization & Core Operations: Selected, deployed, and optimized a modern HR tech stack (Payfit, Lucca, Swile, Elevo, Alan, Figures, Teamtailor) to automate core processes. Structured all foundational workflows including payroll, onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.

As the HR reference point in France, I played a key role in supporting the organization through this major transition and integration into an international group.
