Creation of a festive restaurant concept in collaboration with the Moma group. A new artistic direction was taken for the restaurant of the famous chef Marc Veyrat. One evening a week, I reinvested the Rural restaurant with a new vision. The objective of my intervention: The physical aspect of the restaurant was rethought, a program of international DJs to allow a flagrant increase of the turnover and attract a good and new clientele.
