I lead a team of two in the Risk & Independence department, focusing on designing and implementing technological solutions to enhance risk management and audit processes. While my team handles operational execution, my primary role is dedicated to data-driven process optimization, automation, and business intelligence development, ensuring efficiency and strategic decision-making.

At Serveo I worked as technical and economic analysis of bids, leveraging advanced Excel models to evaluate costs, optimize financial proposals, and support strategic decision-making. My work combined data analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bid evaluations.

• Developed financial models in Excel, utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to analyze bid pricing, optimize cost maintenance services, industrial plants, and cleaning opera/ons, ensuring competive and financially viable proposals.

• Conducted in-depth economic analysis of bids, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring competiveness in the market.

• Created detailed technical reports and persuasive client presentations in both English and Spanish, effectively communicating key insights and financial justifictions.
