After 25+ years experience I finally came to the conclusion that team cohesion is at the core of a performing business. Thanks to my enneagram personality type model certification and my change management certification and experience, I make sure organisations can benefit from my insights in the field of cooperation, collaboration and success.
My years spent in the digital includes working in media (Rossel), in agencies (LBi, Mediaedge:cia, Duval Guillaume), in software companies (Microsoft) and startups (DVDPost, Musescore) in different positions such as pre-sales, marketing, change management, operations, consulting and strategy. I co-founded start-ups myself: redstorm (a web agency leveraging Ruby on Rails), Raz*War (the first shaving-as-a-service), GetSmily / Emolytics (a UCL spin-off company, delivering insights to companies based on customers emotions).
I regularly give lectures in schools (ICHEC, IHECS, EFP, ECS Brussels, Solvay Brussels School and CREA Genève).
