Key Activities: Setting up a PMO: Defining roles and responsibilities (RACI), proposing a process and a governance, producing document templates, coaching project managers / Assistance for the management of critical projects / Actively contributing to the ramping-up of the Digital & Engagement Team, giving strategic orientations and sharing best practices / Writing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for outsourcing needs and reviewing proposals

Main Achievement: I have assisted Roche France in growing their Digital & Engagement Team from a few collaborators to an industrialized, state-of-the-art department. Roche France is now in the worldwide Top 3 Roche affiliates in terms of digital maturity.

Key activities: Quotation lead including scope, budget and team definition, project planning and kick-off, team

organization & implementation of methodology (anything from waterfall to pure agile, depending on the project environment), business analysts team lead, technical team lead, internal & external delivery follow-up, internal & external SPOC (single point of contact), program management (up to 3 project teams for a total of 60 persons).

Achievements include the successful delivery of:

● A custom (Customer Management System) CMS for a major broadcasting company (1 year ; 1 M€)

● 2 mobile apps for a regionally lead company in health and fitness (6 months ; 300 K€)

Key activities: Business definition, business development, software development, brand creation, commercial prospection, commercial negotiation, customer relationship.

Achievements include 3 full implementations, including one multinational company.iVisivel has also been elected as the best data security solution by a main Brazilian Airline.
