• Provide technical support to the internal organisation for escalated issues related to radio site deployment/densification, RAT/band/RF addition, radio infrastructure replacement, local/mass optimisation, and VIP/customer complaint

• Optimise and improve radio KPI across 3G/4G/5GNR technologies on Ericsson and Huawei infrastructures

• Conduct in-depth investigations on radio failures and issues using 3GPP Technical Specifications, KPI, modem/network protocol traces and network monitoring tool such as EXFO

• Produce investigation and solution report for continuous process improvement and troubleshooting guidelines update

• Involved in the Network Monitoring and Performance solution RFP

• Involved in the design of the new Monitoring Environment and Anomaly Detection (MEAD) product

• Produce Product Handling report

• Validate advanced and IoT cellular technology/modem/module across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5GNR, CAT-M and NB networks

• Perform field testing and evaluation of a broad range of 2G/CAT-M1 cellular trackers and DECT ULE smart home products

• Deploy and evaluate indoor geolocation UWB/BLE based systems such as Ubisense, BeSpoon and Wirepass

• Perform field testing and collect debugging logs

• Conduct in-depth investigations on radio failures and issues based on modem protocol traces

• Evaluate geolocation product performance against GNSS simulator

• Develop test strategy and test plan (cellular, GNSS, DECT ULE)

• Long experience with Orange, SFR and Bouygues Telecom networks; GCF and carrier product acceptance and testing of modems/modules from Qualcomm, MediaTek, Sequans, Sony/Alair, Ublox, Nordic, Thales/Cinterion, Sierra Wireless, STM, Quectel and Murata.

• Manager testing/certification of advanced cellular modem developed by Qualcomm, Motorola, MediaTek, Spreadtrum/Unisoc, ST-Ericsson, Ericsson, Intel, Broadcom, Marvell, Renesas, GCT, Sequans and Altair
