Pricing is a cross-functional group project to determine in real time and anticipate the future of the production costs of the various GBUs by taking into account energy, raw materials and logistics.

Manage and support two squads of the Pricing project in conjunction with other teams :
Represent the synthesis of the functional needs of agile teams
Causing the removal of impediments to the Squad’s progress
Manage the progress in connection with the PO and the various stakeholders on the subject

Define and anticipate the capacity and the load of the teams by following the SCRUM framework
