• Intern Development: developed internal processes to increase the efficiency of Perplex and Chains'Watch, particularly concerning the prospection/acquisition

• Prospection: +400 crypto perps traders converted to Perplex representing +$200M volume, +30 clients for Chains'Watch representing $50k each

• Recruitment: Responsive of the 2 new intern's arrivals that I fully recruited from scratch (+1000 applied)
