Flanks is a financial data aggregation platform that provides comprehensive solutions to connect and retrieve financial information from multiple sources. It is designed to support wealth management firms, financial advisors, and fintech companies by delivering aggregated data to improve decision-making and client service.

As a Customer Success Manager my duties are:

- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of the Flanks sokutions to help clients optimize its use and achieve their business goals.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on objectives and addressing any challenges.

- Proactively identify and solve real-world financial data aggregation problems faced by clients, driving long-term success.

- Monitor client performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to maximize value creation, client satisfaction and to create upselling/crosselling opportunities.

- Influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster productive relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.

At Adyen we realised that with every payment comes the opportunity to do good! That's why we decided to leverage our existing technology and created Giving. Giving is a product feature that enables our clients to accept charitable donations during the online and in-store checkout process, and allows them to strengthen their bond with their shoppers by providing a platform for their preferred charitable causes.

In my role as Partnerships Specialist I had to:

- Promote and develop the Giving solution among our clients.

- Walk with our clients through the whole onboarding of the Giving solution.

- Be the main point of contact between our clients and their preferred charities/NGOs.

- Improve internal processes (i.e. team new joiners guidelines, CRM updates, internal FAQ…).

- Make the Giving solution more scalable.
