After years of studying sustainability, circular economy and ESG at academic level (PhD candidate at TalTech University, Estonia, and a peer-reviewed publication record), I built 7stepssolution GmbH into a consulting firm of up to 12 people – and sold it in 2026.

I don't just develop strategies, I implement them. I don't just follow regulation, I understand the research behind it. I've led more than 50 complex transformation projects for companies like Rolls-Royce Power Systems, Hays AG and Steitz Secura – translating CSRD, LkSG and Circular Economy requirements into structures that actually work beyond PowerPoint.

Before that, I played a key role in building sustainability management at Würth Group from scratch – as their first ever sustainability manager, and a significant driver of what is today known as their "Circular Way" strategy.

I thrive where strategy, science and real business impact intersect. With ownership, scope and the freedom to make things happen.
