Emilie Boone

As a Computational Biologist at Sangamo, I serve as the scientist overseeing all single-cell NGS initiatives for the clinical TX200 project : I have successfully developed a comprehensive pipeline for single-cell multiomics analysis and worked on the development of a pipeline for spatial NGS for this clinical trial. My expertise, particularly in bioinformatics, has been honed through two mentorships with leading experts in the field—Dr. Pham Hang-Phuong at Parean Biotechnologies and Dr. Antoniewski Christophe at ARTBio. At this stage in my career, I am excited to leverage my strong foundation in biology to drive impactful advancements in the biology field.
