I’m a hands-on HR expert and transformation partner with over a decade of international experience across the entire Employee Life Cycle – from strategic HR work and digitalization to change management and day-to-day operations.
Whether it's setting up an HR function from scratch, guiding teams through major change, or stepping into an existing role that needs support, I’m quick to adapt and find my way. I’ve worked with global organizations in times of growth, complexity, and transition – and I know how to make change work on both a strategic and practical level.
What makes me effective is my people-centered approach, paired with clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a real focus on getting things done.
