My name is Fabien, and I am a recently graduated Computer Science Engineer. Always eager to learn, I am looking to be involved on challenging and meaningful subjects.

Computer Vision topics are my favourites as is it where my engineering skills meet my passion for images.

During my studies I took part in several projects related to image segmentation and objects detection. I am familiar with OpenCV, pythorch and CUDA frameworks and nerual networks architectures.

My last project was to train a U-Net based model (pathoNet) to perform mitotic cells detection in order to detect tumors in Ki-67 slide images.
