• Build & implement a rollout kit (Process Alignment, Data Cleansing, Collection & Migration, Change management, Business Acceptance Tests, Cutover, Trainings…)

• Lead Change with Local Management and BU Vice Presidents

• Manage local & BU capacities

• Manage Committees (Steering Committees with BU President & Group CIO, Local Management, project Committees, Swiss & German business teams)

• Coach German Business Program Manager and Swiss Management Committee

• Prepare & manage the Cutover for the Rollouts in Slovakia (2 Plants (one with 800 employees, 330 million € turnover, manufacturing of 1 million boilers per year; new plant under construction to produce 800 000 heat pumps per year); Distribution Center for all Eastern Europe countries ; 4 000 tasks, > 300 stakeholders) & UK (new plant under construction)

• Prepare & coordinate business activities to shift the Distribution Center to a new buy & sell model and a new location

• Steer Checkpoint Meetings with Program's sponsors (readiness of IT Solutions, Data, Change…)

• Industrialize the Cutover Management (approach, Cutover readiness assessment and monitoring)
