For the past 22 years, I’ve been leading complex and high-stakes digital programs for major groups across Europe. Multiple references from C Level on Linkedin.

I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving ERP deployments, PPM and EPM transformations, post-merger carve-outs, and outsourced RUN frameworks. I manage full-cycle programs — from scoping to go-live, and from go-live to sustainable operations. With very large team (15 to 50 people) & budget.

I work across sectors — pharma, energy, industrials, transport, public sector, defense, services, telecom, engineering, transports, and banking industry— and across technologies: Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, IFS, Planisware, VYP, EPM suites, BI tools.

Defined Group IT governance and 2026 Target Operating Model (Build / Run split)

Delivered Workday Swiss go-live (Jan 2025) and led Italy & Germany (Jan 2026) Spain & Portugal (Jan 2027). carve in of all new acquisitions (3 to 4 per year)

Managing a multi track program (design track, program track, data track, change track...) with on and near shore ressources mainly based in France and Portugal

Designed and rolled out end-to-end ERP deployment methodology (RACI, quality gates, toolkit)

Defined and launched the Group AI strategy

Managed strategic vendor partnerships (Workday, Salesforce) and integrator (HR path, Cloudpay, ADP, Strada)

Launched Portugal-based nearshore delivery hub for data migration
