The Talent HUB has been set up to develop our ability to recruit proactively, ahead of commercial opportunities and in complementarity with recruiters in the BLs. Managing a team whose challenge revolves around 4 main issues:

• Through its cross-functional approach, the Talent HUB will help to industrialise processes and standardise them, thereby helping to improve the skills of the entire sector, in the interests of collective efficiency. The Talent HUB's action targets are double: recruiting on profiles and contributing in task force mode.
