As Delivery Readiness Manager, My mission is to plans and manages delivery readiness activities in support of the Product Integration, Delivery and Installation. The scope covers Alcatel-Lucent Subscriber Data Management Solution portfolio. Responsibilities includes • Ensuring that any methods or tools required for supporting the delivery of a product, solution, or service are planned and implemented ready for delivery to the customers. • Agreeing Delivery Readiness collateral's and ensuring owner commitment. • Ensuring that all the agreed collateral's are delivered out of product life cycle including and reviews have been satisfactorily completed. • Ensuring full coverage of validation of installation procedures • Ensuring that a Delivery Model applicable to SDM has been defined to support each region. • Ensuring that a suitable training/knowledge transfer strategy is in place to meet the Delivery Teams requirements. • Representing the interest of the delivery readiness teams in the PCT (Project Core Team) that will perform; the Field Trials, First Office Applications or First of a Kind / “early customer” deployments, and Interoperability Testing to secure customer acceptance and product General Availability • Contribute in product improvement initiatives to address “Design for Serviceability” for the SDM portfolio. Influence product roadmap, design & participate in different improvement initiatives (tools, migrations, documentation…etc) to improve the serviceability aspect of the product.
