Concrètement, j’interviens sur la structuration de solutions de trade finance, les paiements internationaux (FX, cross-border), ainsi que sur les stratégies d’entrée et de développement sur de nouveaux marchés. J’aide également à identifier et connecter les bons partenaires bancaires (banques locales, correspondantes, DFIs).
Avec plus de 15 ans d’expérience en banque internationale, je combine expertise technique et compréhension terrain des environnements africains, ce qui me permet de proposer des solutions à la fois stratégiques et opérationnelles.
