Since March 2016, I am working as an external Talent Acquisition Specialist for SUNLOG (consultancy company).

-Develop recruitment strategy : job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, recruitment campaign planning

-Work with internal teams and hiring managers and identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing

-Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers

-Head Hunting: Identification & direct approach of candidates (IT Profiles : developer, Technical Leader, Architect, Project Manager …)

-Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing to source candidates for open jobs

-Coaching and managing the 2 internal recruiters

-Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process
