• Joined QSWG in order to introduce Agile development principles and practices to the organization, kickstarting the Agile transformation.

• Conducted elaborate training sessions and workshops on introduction to Kanban and Scrum, the Definition of Ready (DOR), Definition of Done (DOD), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Estimation, and User stories breakdown to equip teams with the necessary Agile and Scrum skills and knowledge, and align user needs and product strategy

• Collaborated with the Head of Product and Program and business stakeholders to define the customer value propositions using design thinking workshops.

• Formed effective feature teams, promoting a cross-functional collaborative approach and aligning product strategy with user needs.

• Worked at the product portfolio level to align the execution via a collection of Development Value Streams.

• Supported multiple teams in their daily activities and ceremonies, facilitating smooth operations and promoting continuous improvement in order to build products that respect product requirement documents.

• Played a crucial role in preparing and executing the first PI planning, ensuring alignment between sales, software development, and product strategy.

• Trained the product team on Safe Agile principles, enhancing their understanding of Agile practices and promoting consistent implementation across the organization.
