Que vous évaluiez un actif, montiez un business plan pour un comité d'investissement, ou structuriez une acquisition, j'apporte la rigueur analytique et la coordination nécessaires.

Ce que je livre : modèles financiers et études de faisabilité sous Excel (DCF, analyses de rendement, sensibilités). Études de marché, benchmarks locatifs et analyses comparables. Business plans et notes d'investissement pour comités, prêteurs ou partenaires JV. Coordination du due diligence — instruction et pilotage des évaluateurs, avocats, bureaux d'études techniques, urbanistes et économistes de la construction. Accompagnement à l'acquisition de l'offre jusqu'à la réalisation.

Mon expérience couvre l'immobilier commercial traditionnel (bureaux, logistique, retail) comme l'immobilier opérationnel structuré en PropCo/OpCo, où la qualité de l'exploitant détermine la performance de l'investissement. Je sais poser les bonnes questions, tester les hypothèses, et mobiliser les bons conseils à chaque étape du processus.

    Worked in a lean investment team focused on UK value-add and redevelopment, with end-to-end ownership of deals from first look through to IC sign-off.
    My core responsibilities covered underwriting, financial modelling and IC preparation, supporting Director-led execution across sourcing, structuring and due diligence. I coordinated external adviser workstreams (valuers, planners, QS, technical, legal) and handled investor Q&A.
    The models I built covered development feasibility, capex planning, ESG upgrades, leasing scenarios and financing structures, always with full sensitivity and downside analysis. I worked closely with development managers and operating partners day to day, testing design options, challenging cost assumptions and translating planning-led business plans into investable proposals.
    Deal types included PropCo/OpCo office portfolios, UK logistics and industrial portfolios, Central London change-of-use projects (hospitality and residential conversions), and bespoke capital structures involving preferred equity and non-standard arrangements.
