IT Project Manager | Manufacturing IT & Supply Chain Infrastructure

• Lead end-to-end IT projects across the EMEA region, from scope definition to successful handover, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and cloud migration strategies.

• Oversee network design, hardware procurement, and infrastructure deployment, ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability.

• Perform OS installations, software licensing, and system configurations, including network configurations (HLD, LLD), to ensure optimal system performance.

• Manage virtual environments (vSphere, ESXi) and support IT infrastructure needs, ensuring efficient system deployment and operations.

• Provide ongoing support for systems such as Active Directory, ensuring infrastructure availability and reliability.

• Handle first-level escalations directly with customers and collaborate with MIT engineers, driving successful project delivery.

• Demonstrate strong leadership to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring team alignment and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.

• Manage project scope changes, proactively identifying risks and implementing contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders via tools like Jira and ClickUp.

• Lead post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize future project outcomes.

Working in IT Department at Institut Pasteur of Korea where I am managing 3 differents project in order to be use against Mallaria in Africa : -Conception of object useful in laboratory in 3D print -Automatisation of a microscop via steppers motor controlled via Android App -Conception of a system able to heat ADN in order to amplify it All thoses system have to be used for helping African and have to be low-cost
