As the Lead Developer and founder of Hello Stay, I collaborate with the DGFIP (French Tax Administration) on a tool that accelerates the deployment of platforms used by tax services (declarations, exchanges, etc.). This strategic project enhances the efficiency and scalability of public infrastructure. I also manage an independent contractor within our structure. Our expertise has led to our contract renewal for the 2025–2028 period, reinforcing our commitment to supporting public institutions.

Created an operational services unit and set processes for both account management and operational services selling. Increased the company's service revenue from 5% to 15% by providing a whole new bunch of services related to both deployment and exploitation of the Rudder Software resulting in a significant boost to the company's cash flow.

Thanks to field knowledge and customer relationship, promoted as Pre-Sales and Bid Manager. In coordination with sales team renegotiating 2 contracts for our African customers worth respectively 5.5 Million and 7 Million euro.

• Assist sales representative in customer discussion by providing technical and price elements for contract negotiations.

• Build the offers strategy and lead with the Sales team the customer relationship.

• Overall bid management from the RFP / RFQ to contract implementation.
