As a senior team lead for Heropolis (security solution), I pushed forward to bring technical debt handling, unit & e2e testing (jest, gherkin, cucumber, playwright), codebase maintenance (node.js, mongoDB) and update to recent standards (Rest, Typescript, tailwind), deployment automation (Github actions, docker, aws compliant servers) and overall best practices from both a technical (clean code) and project-wise standpoint (user stories). I also wrote a role-playing game for team building.

As a Team Lead for Nestor Paris (foodtech), I first added the required toolset, methods and processes to work as a team, such as getting the most of the AWS services (CI/CD), cleaning/renewing the main website for React/Redux (with Typescript) and GatsbyJS, updating the main API (Node v10/14) with GraphQL/Apollo and Fastify, creating an R&D IoT solution (temperature probes with ESP8266/ Raspberry), making sales interfaces on tablets for onsite customers, made docker containers for local dev environments and updated the backoffice using vue.js. I also handled several aspects of network/hardware-related problematics.

Amongst data scientists for Quinten (datascience related products), as an external senior web developer/manager, I created data visualization interfaces for machine learning-based services (mainly clustering) using django, react.js and redux. I guided toward best coding practices, CI/CD implementation, and I also tutored versioning workshops for data scientists (Github) and managed web projects.
