Responsible to support Business teams across 8 countries by driving their performance :

- Creating, monitoring, and reporting on experiments for key initiatives for the frontline teams

- Improving and rationalising processes and tools for the frontline teams

- Defining the KPIs to monitor, building the dashboards, working closely with data teams to make the right data-backed decisions

- Being the point of contact between Product and Business teams. Building the Product roadmap to increase frontline teams efficiency and client experience

- Building incentive models, aligning business objectives and individual goals

- Forecasting the workload to plan the number of employees needed in the future. Structure the teams.

Opening of a new office : Implementation of new customer contacts

Implementation of new supplier contacts

Implementation of new processes

Project management: Monitoring the shipment of 4.5 million perfumes from France to the USA

Daily reporting with Le Havre international harbour

Sales planning and reporting for the U.S. market

Completion of import/export processes

Management of a team of 8 people onboarding the new workers

Performance Monitoring: Defining and monitoring KPIs for the team based on Qualification done versus performance of the new workers

Process Implementation: Due to the priorities changes, process implementations and automatizations to ease the Onboarding Funnel

Project Management: Implementation of an automatic assessment for job types, based on profiles

Data Analysis: Understanding the patterns of needed and good worker profiles.

Reporting: Following the performance indicators based on qualification

Central Position: Working closely with Product, Ops and BI teams
