With 13 years of experience in the field of industrial purchasing, I am a freelance Senior Industrial Purchasing Consultant. My mission is to support my clients in optimizing their processes, reducing their costs, and creating value with their suppliers. I have solid technical and managerial training, as well as a master's degree in purchasing management. I am driven by curiosity, organization, analysis, challenge and the search for compromise. I want to bring my skills, my vision and my diverse experiences within a dynamic and innovative team.

In my career, I have been able to work on varied and complex projects, such as the construction and management of an industrial purchasing department, the centralization of purchasing at headquarters, or the organization of the supplier panel linked to renewable energies. I master the different stages of the purchasing process, from portfolio analysis to contracting, including sourcing, calls for tenders, arbitration and negotiation. I am also responsible for monitoring supplier performance with key indicators. I implement strategies adapted to each purchasing family, taking into account internal and external risks, the market, the total cost of ownership, and the appropriate levers.
