Description

I provide hands-on advisory and execution support to both GPs and LPs across Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt, with end-to-end capabilities spanning fund design, structuring, launch, and capital raising.

For GPs, I act as an extension of your IR/fundraising team, bringing sharp, modular capital formation capabilities (primary and direct).

For LPs, I offer independent advice and execution to unlock liquidity, manage secondaries, and assess GP-led proposals.

🔹 IR-as-a-Service: Fractional, scalable IR coverage for lean teams.

For LPs – Liquidity & Secondaries

🔹 Portfolio Liquidity Review: Identify assets suited for sale, balancing speed, discretion, and value.

🔹 Secondary Execution: Support preparing assets, mapping buyers, and managing process.
