I am the manager of the company Supreme Saint-Just that I created in august 2021. I breed oysters and shrimps that I sell on market.

I worked for ALVA as plant manager of Rezé (44), a food grade animal grease production unit with a turnover of 35M€. The plant is collecting, melting, refining and packaging the edible grease. I carried out a reorganization of the management staff and build a team for continuous improvement. We developed new production lines in order to valorize protein previously wasted generating +1,5M€ of net result and renewed the packaging lines to propose edible fat on B to C market. With BRC accreditation obtained we can propose today products for the mass retail sector.

I've worked on analysis of the P&L and strategic orientation of the profit center (the plant and its collect centers attached). I did manage the production unit (production, energy, maintenance, QSE) : the operational teams, the resources, the technical improvement and the savings plans. I started continuous improvement teams in the plant (5S, cleaning and SMED) and leaded Integrated Management System (ISO 22000, ISO 14000 ans OHSAS 18000) deployment to help product valorization fast-changing. I prepared and managed the renewing and expanding investment for a yearly amount of 3 MEUR and a site reconstruction project for an amount of 21 MEUR on 5 years.
