Overall responsibility for Compensation & Benefits in 30+ countries.

- Provision of local input into the development of compensation and benefits programs (including pension) to ensure local market competitiveness

- Design, development and delivery educational sessions in particular re Equity programs (RSUs and Stock options)

- Leading of companywide end-to-end Comp processes and ad hoc country specific projects. E.g. Implementation of Warrants in Belgium, pre-retirement program in Japan, Total rewards report in Spain

- Advisory and integration support to M&A activities: 2018 Acquisition of Juno therapeutics 2019 Acquisition by Bristol Myers Squib

-Leading of the annual enterprise compensation cycle process

-Job pricing including comp survey participation, benchmark review (internal and external)

-Educate and support HRBPs, Heads of Business on Compensation issues

-Development of communication Benefits responsibilities:

-Design and implementation of a Wellness programme

-Design and implementation of a Non-financial recognition programme

-Review of the Medical Insurance benefit and communication

-Review of the Housing benefit

-Development of a retirement planning programme Executive Compensation:

-Board of Directors meeting presentations

-Consulting on Senior Management and Executive compensation

-Provision of training to Executive Leadership Cross functional projects:

- Creation of new entity overseas

- HR organisation redesign

- Deputy Chairman of ADIA events team (events organisation)
