- Coordinated the work with all key stakeholders and subcontractors, managed the project progress and budget, resolved the issues which arose during the project by rapidly planning appropriate actions, communicated with all project's stakeholders, led weekly meetings for project progress, delivered technical reports with quality assurance documents, among others.

• Projet d’amélioration d’une gare dans le cadre du programme de liaison ferroviaire (métro) de la ville d’Auckland :

- Coordination du projet d’amélioration avec toutes les parties prenantes et sous-traitants (Aurecon, Auckland Transport, Auckland One Rail, etc.), résolution des conflits survenus au cours du projet en planifiant rapidement les actions appropriées, réunions hebdomadaires, rapports techniques, suivi de l’avancement du projet et du budget associé.

• Renouvellement de systèmes ferroviaires pour Fonterra :

- Prioritise tasks for multiple clients to achieve delivery milestones, client interviews, project selection, drafting and revision of detailed technical descriptions, coordination with tax authority, audit defense;

- Work in close cooperation with clients (CEO, CFO, CTO, researchers, etc.) to optimise the amount of their R&D claims;

- Participate in external and internal business growth with suggestions of new strategies, implementation of new processes, and creation of new templates;

- Create national and international leads through client referrals.
