Je m’appelle Glwadys et je suis Head of Finance (DAF/RAF/CFO) à temps partagé.
J’aide les dirigeant.es à répondre à leurs enjeux Business en optimisant leur gestion Financière.
J'interviens en pilotage de projet, refonte de processus, mise en place d'outils, renfort opérationnel et management d'équipe sur les thématiques FP&A, trésorerie, comptabilité, audit et conformité.
Je mets en place votre organisation finance (logiciels, process, reporting, data visualisation) en utilisant Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI et/ou Looker. Je vous aide également à lever des fonds (production de Business Plan, dossiers de dette, subvention, CIR/CII).
J'exerce depuis 8 ans en finance, dont 6 en tant que directrice FP&A de Scale-up et TPE/PME à l'international. J'aime travailler sur les secteurs de la Tech, de l'Assurance, du Conseil, des Banques et Gestionnaires d'actifs.
Je peux travailler en Anglais et en remote.

My name is Glwadys and I am a part-time Head of Finance (CFO/Finance Manager).
I help executives address their business challenges by optimizing their financial management.
I intervene in project management, process redesign, tool implementation, operational reinforcement, and team management on topics such as FP&A, treasury, accounting, audit, and compliance.
I establish your financial organization (software, processes, reporting, data visualization) using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and/or Looker Studio. I also assist you in raising funds (business plan production, debt documents, grants, R&D tax credit).
I have been working in finance for 8 years, including 6 years as a FP&A director for Scale-ups and international SMEs. I enjoy working in the Tech, Insurance, Consulting, and Banking and Asset Management sectors.
