My professional journey has always been driven by one ambition: turning complex technological challenges into clear, actionable, and successful projects.
Over the past years, I have had the opportunity to work across different industries and environments — from FinTech and banking partnerships to e-commerce platforms, and most recently global IT programs in the shipping industry. This diversity has shaped a unique professional DNA: the ability to adapt, structure, and deliver, no matter the scale or complexity of the mission.
At CMA CGM, I managed large-scale international deployments, leading multi-country rollouts across 19 countries and coordinating teams worldwide. I also delivered a subscription management solution adopted by over 400 users, combining technical integration, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity requirements. These experiences taught me how to balance strategic vision with operational execution, while maintaining stakeholder alignment across cultures and time zones.
Earlier in my career, I successfully led an e-commerce transformation project for a French retailer, from CRM migration to digital acquisition strategy, and worked in FinTech, where I coordinated the national rollout of banking solutions with more than 27 partners.
