Senior Engineer working on physical properties analyzer for petroleum products. Development of the analytical engine for PAC latest instrument:

- Mechanical design to comply with scientist needs, prototyping and validation.

- Thermal simulation, heater and cooling sizing, test and validation. Pressure vessels and piping design, material choice, bolting, sealing and welding to industry standards

- Customer site visits to gather feedback for instrument features and improvements. Development of new products and improvement/problem solve on existing ones, focusing on manufacturability, assembly and cost reduction.

- Improvement of robustness, assembly and customer satisfaction of the new Optifuel FTIR fuel analyser.

- Design, validation and delivery of prototype parts, design and manufacturing package for the new Cambridge Viscosity Viscolab PVT+. Improvement of the design process and implementation of GD&T, functional analysis and DFMEA. Administration of the CAD activities.

Mechanical team leader working on design, processability and validation of a motor control unit for iStARS 12v integrated belt starter generator. Strong emphasis on mechatronic integration, manufacturability of components for mass production and design to cost.
