• • Is the Celtic Interconnector project representative, physically located at Ar Merzher, for the organisation of commissioning tests.

• • Acts as the operational interface during tests with Siemens Energy and internally at RTE (test scheduling, upstream verification that network requirements are met for implementation with RTE's Operations Centres, test modifications, post-test debriefing, coordination with maintenance staff, etc.).

• • Requests approval of the weekly commissioning schedule from RTE Operations Integration Manager at Nantes or Paris

• • Shares the approved weekly commissioning schedule with RTE/Siemens Energy

• • Organises weekly meetings and information meetings to assess acceptance of test results. The weekly meeting, the start-of-day meeting and the end-of-day meeting are joint RTE/Siemens Energy meetings.

• • Ensures the internal distribution of documentation and information relating to on-site testing in conjunction with the Test Engineer.

• • Ensures internal RTE reporting

• • LOTO management & related procedures

• • Validation of prerequisites for each test phase

• • Responsability for receiving & verification of compliance with functionnal exécution of on-sites tests

• • Adapation of the technical content of on-site tests in real time

As part of the connection projects for the offshore wind farms of Noirmoutier then Dieppe Le Treport projects, RTE is responsible for the installation and connection of export cables to the customer's substation, the installation and testing of control-command equipment for RTE on the platform and finally the commissioning of the connection work. Roles and responsibilities within RTE teams :

• • Organization, planning, and daily coordination of the interventions carried out by RTE and by RTE service

providers (Prysmian, Nexans, SDEL) in conjunction with the Customer (Les Eoliennes en Mer Services, SIEMENS)

• • Pilot of the Permits to Work processes issued by the Client for RTE works on the yard (Chantiers de l'Atlantique - St-Nazaire) then in offshore

• • Performing risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures

• • Manages the delivery and transfer processes of RTE equipment on the yard/shipyard or on the Producer/ Customer platform

• • Inspection with the Customer for the transfer of RTE equipment and validation of the transfer minutes

• • Compliance controls of the prerequisites requested by the Customer (schedule, technical solution and HSE)

• • Daily coordination during RTE's operations to ensure proper exécution

• • Conducting commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high and low voltage systems

• • Daily reporting of operations carried out on construction sites to the Project Management and Batch Managers

• • Oganization of means of transport/equipment and RTE stakeholders for mobilization in due time

• • Technical support during SCADA test or GIS interface controls (CT & VT wiring, load tests, counting, Protection, remote operability, test 104, verification of optical cables)

• • Wrote Site Acceptance Test Report according to Lhyfe specifications and supplier documentations to produce engaging and error-free content

• • Coordinated work activities of yard commissioning and subcontractors teams.

• • Organization, planning, and daily coordination of the interventions carried out by Lhyfe and contractors

• • Daily reporting of operations carried out on construction sites to project manager

• • Helped commissioning teams with day-to-day work
