Datadog Paris:

- Partner closely with internal clients in EMEA and US to understand their hiring needs;

- Source/attract tech candidates via multiple channels: direct sourcing, GitHub, networking, referrals, etc;

- Drive the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates;

- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Compensation, and HR operation teams)
