D'origine allemande je vis en Ile de France depuis 30 ans et travaille comme Principal Consultant /Program Manager / Project Manager / Interim Manager sur des projets à l'international (Asie Centrale, Moyen Orient, Europe, Afrique et Amérique du Nord) dans les domaines de l'aéronautique, métallurgie, chimie, minier, construction, food and beverage.

Les projets réalisés couvrent les domaines de l'excellence opérationnelle, le lean management, la conduite du changement, le développement organisationnel et la gestion du projet/programme dans 14 pays sur les dernières 20 années.

J'ai réalisé des projets en quatre langues (français, allemand, anglais et russe) et suis disponible pour des missions de courte ou longue durée au plan mondial.
