As a Specialised Solution Architect for AWS Elemental, my main mission was to support customers to design and build the appropriate streaming solution for their business needs following industry best practices.

As a streaming specialist who knows very well the ins and outs of live and vod streaming platform as well as ad replacement/insertion and vod linearisation platform, I would guide the customers through their implementation/migration journey.

I also provided our customers with training to support them in ramping up their streaming skills on the AWS platform - empowering their teams to operate and maintain their platform in house.

I would also assist customers to design and implement their media and entertainment workflow which would require complex integration with MAM and monitoring systems

* design: gather customer business requirements and translate them into technical requirements to build the appropriate streaming solution for their needs

* train: assist customer in gaining the right skill to operate and maintain their streaming platform

* build: create presentation and demonstration to show case how AWS streaming products can power up your streaming solution

* optimise: review operational cost of the solution on provide cost optimisation

* secure: understand customers data protection requirements and provide guidance and solutions

Since 2016 I help my customer to

* moved 7K+ live channel to production

* streamed 60K+ hours live events

* transcoded 300M+ minutes of video

* designed 100+ live streaming platforms

* implemented 10+ ad replacement/insertion platforms

* architected 70+ video on demand platforms

* created 2 video on demand linearisation platform

* deployed 300+ pop up channels

* facilitated 2B+ viewers access to content

As a System engineer for Elemental Technologies, my missions were as follow:

* Trade shows: prepare/support/attend to trade show and road show to promote Elemental Technologies product portfolio

* Introductions: Assist customer in understanding the technical capabilities of the Elemental Technologies product portfolio.

* Demonstrations: provide remote/on site demonstration of products capabilities and feature set as well as licensing model

* Workshops: white boarding session with customers in order to understand their needs and current workflow and drafting first design based on Elemental Technologies products.

* Evaluations: setting up on premise/cloud workflow based on Elemental Technologies products for customer review and analysis.

* Sizing: validate/confirm product speed/density for VOD/Live project against a given customer video specifications and advise on the required number of product instances to meet a customer’s needs

* Architecture: design of end to end solutions/workflow based on Elemental technologies products.

* Integrations: working in coordination with third party vendors and product managers in order to provide a fully integrated solution using Elemental Technologies software defined video solutions.

* Tender: review/respond/defend our participation in tender internally and with customer based on Elemental Technologies solutions. •

* Staffing: help in the hiring process to qualify future team member

* Process: support continuous improvement on internal process

* Knowledge: contribute to the global knowledge of the team
