I co-developed an ETL conversion platform designed to migrate legacy workflows fromPowerCenter, SSIS, and DataStage to Talend. My work covered both the technicalarchitecture and the implementation of the conversion engine with Python and Rust, includingmetadata analysis, process mapping, and transformation logic reconstruction. I contributed tobuilding a reliable and scalable solution that helps automate complex migration projects,reduce manual rework, and secure the transition from older data integration tools to a modernTalend environment.

At Redbelt, I strengthened my expertise in data architecture, ETL ecosystems, and enterprise data management by working on projects involving complex integration flows, Master Data Management, and data quality frameworks. This experience gave me a strong understanding of the main tools and practices on the market, as well as the business challenges behind data governance, consistency, and reliability. It positioned me as a data expert able to connect

technical implementation with broader strategic goals, from integration and transformation to data quality improvement and trusted master data management.
