R&D on Jira Product Discovery. Identified crucial UX pain points and enhanced frontend performance through profilling, customer metrics aggregation and monitoring, refactorings and knowledge sharing. Implemented an in-house 2D board virtualization library with support of cards of dynamic heights, resulting in a 10x improvement of the TTI for thousands of customers. Collaborated closely with a broad range of stakeholders such as customers, architects, top level management, UX and QA teams.

Setup a Monorepo with Lerna from scratch, greatly contributed to the Design System by implementing accessible and reusable UI components with React and Chakra UI. Setup a CI pipeline with Jest, React Testing Library,

MSW and Cypress. Mentored other developers with code reviews and workshops to maintain a great code quality. Evolved our frontend architecture to scale to a growing number of features. Managed the frontend backlog and prioritized tasks with the Product Owner. Took the lead on several transversal non functional requirements (testing, i18n, feature flags, coding guidelines...).

UI lead of the SAP IRPA Walldorf Runtime team (10 engineers). Successfully led the automation alerting feature involving multiple development teams in France and Germany, integrated SAP Document Extraction, did knowledge transfers and trained new joiners, led multiple technical interviews.
