As leader of the backend developer team (Golang/swagger), and previously DevOps I have a solid understanding of the overall infrastructure & technologies involved, which allowed me to help the team & company in various ways, including:

- Establishing the foundations in terms of coding norms (coding style & git norms/workflow)

- Setting up CI/CD pipeline and improve it through time

- Prioritization and follow up of features/bug fixes across the team

- Participate into the building of cost visibility/optimization features

As a DevOps at Cycloid, I've assisted customers in many ways from providing advises/design of architecture to management of their infrastructures & applications. Examples of tasks done as DevOps for the customers & company:

- Architecture and setup of fully automated infrastructure on AWS

- Automation of all the application layers (application itself, monitoring, accesses, etc)

- Creation of CI/CD pipelines to allow customers' autonomously over their projects

- Documentation of the overall projects, particularities and key points

- Audit for both performance and costs optimizations

- Provide guidelines or improvements ideas for customers both infrastructure or application wise

- Ease the day-to-day tasks of customers through pipeline's jobs

As part of the delivery team, I was is in charge of the designing, planning and delivering of highly complex clouds based on Red Hat supported products.

My mission is to technically contribute to the delivery of projects based on Red Hat solutions and products using our Agile methodology, as well as disseminating the technical knowledge onto the Cloud Practices. The responsibilities included:

- Cloud infrastructure architecture and design for customer projects.

- Customer facing for project delivery.

- Industrialize Cloud servers infrastructure related processes and automate integration and continuous deployment systems.

- Contribute to technical workshops and design sprints with Architects and customer.

- Analyze and solve implemented Cloud infrastructures' performance and scalability related anomalies.

- Provide feedback and disseminate knowledge and methods into the Cloud Practices.
