Being an actor of sales / business development and marketing for the last 10 years taught me the value of work and achievement. From France to Ireland stopped by Australia, the multi-cultural environment became my leitmotiv. Above all, that made me realized that the world is so big and small at the same time.

Anyway, throughout the years I've worked around 5 Pilars:

- Business Development: how to grow the business? How to reach the right people at the right time with the right messaging? How to do more everyday with the same amount of time? How to hunt ?

- Sales: how to pitch an idea? A service? A product? How to analyse the behavior of a customer in order to get what he really thinks? How to bring value on the table versus pricing negotiation? How to shift a decision with an idea that the customer did not event think of?

- Marketing: what messaging to choose for the right audience? What online strategy fits the need of growth? How to help the sales on the field with tools and materials?

- Business strategy: how can we grow the sales while reducing costs? What new process needs to be implemented to improve the efficiency? What markets to target and why? What is the plan of actions necessary to drive growth?

- Leadership: how to lead by example? How to inspire others to become better? How to leverage EQ to go through challenging situations?

Throughout my diverse experiences, I've had the chance to discover the world of 1 startups, 2 SMBs and 1 Nasdaq listed company. Outcome: the wealth of learning from each experience to have a bigger picture of the business world.
