Most AI programmes underdeliver because they are run as technology initiatives when the hard part is business: which goals AI should serve, which use cases are worth solving, how the operating model must change, and how value is captured and scaled. That is the gap I close.

Over more than a decade bridging business strategy and technology delivery, I built an enterprise AI advisory practice in Saudi Arabia from the ground up, led 150+ C-suite conversations on enterprise AI adoption, and oversaw live AI proofs of concept across analytics, document intelligence, process automation, predictive maintenance and customer-facing AI. Earlier, at EY London, I led digital transformation and operating-model programmes across infrastructure, energy, utilities, telecommunications, healthcare and government. I work across the UK, Europe, MENA and Saudi Arabia, with deep KSA Vision 2030 fluency.

Joined a Silicon Valley venture-backed AI firm to build its Saudi enterprise AI advisory practice from zero, and expanded from Head of AI Strategy into Acting COO with end-to-end ownership of operations, delivery and commercial execution.
- Designed and scaled the consulting operation from inception: delivery model, methodology, processes, tooling and a team of ten across consulting, technology and delivery.
- Architected the firm's complete AI transformation methodology, from readiness assessment and strategy through use-case prioritisation, POC design, pilot execution, scale planning, operating-model design and change management, now core to the firm's delivery.
- Owned the commercial cycle from outreach to delivery, conducting 150+ direct C-suite conversations across PIF portfolio companies, sector leaders and multinationals, reading enterprise AI maturity and adoption barriers across the Kingdom.
- Designed and oversaw live enterprise AI proofs of concept across analytics, document intelligence, process automation, predictive maintenance and customer-facing AI, working alongside data and AI engineering teams and managing vendor selection.
- Led authorship of a flagship research on enterprise AI adoption in Saudi Arabia, synthesising conversations, analysis and findings into maturity patterns, adoption barriers and sector findings.

I have advised independently since 2020 across digital and business transformation, and the practice is now focused on AI and digital transformation advisory. - Consulting practice build for two Saudi consultancies: advised founders on growth and operations, defining positioning, service offerings, methodologies and delivery frameworks, and the commercial and client-facing model, from how they sell to what they deliver.
- Digital transformation for a leading African food and beverage group: designed the technology-enabled future-state operating model and led an organisation-wide upskilling and change programme, delivering efficiency gains across supply chain, distribution and customer service.
- Process and compliance for a leading Saudi healthcare provider: redesigned standard operating procedures through regulatory-aligned gap analysis, closing compliance gaps and strengthening patient-care quality.
- Digital transformation IP: co-developed a globally distributed transformation toolkit with the CEO of an international consulting firm, adopted by leaders across multiple continents.
