Main task:
Follow-up of the project since feasibility studies till start-up of the installation
· Elaboration of the basic engineering documents for the project: P&ID, PFD, heat & mass balance, …
· Elaboration of the RFQ package for each equipment (scope of supply, technical specification, list of deliverables, ITP, etc.)
· Technical analysis of offers coming from suppliers
· Technical comparison between suppliers
· Follow up of the supplier after award of the project (detailed engineering and validation of GA, OMM, wiring diagram, etc.)
· Participation to HAZOP meetings
· Inspection and test of the built equipment
· Commissioning and start-up activities
· Training of the client to use the system Products : Cooling Towers, ACC, Air Quality System Main equipment:
· Motors (Low Voltage to Medium Voltage)
· Gearboxes and drive shaft
· Fans
· Side Stream Filtration Unit (Veolia design or Mecana design)
· Fire Protection System (deluge type)
· Valves and dampers (safety pressure valve, check valve, butterfly, etc.)
· Pumps (Vertical, centrifugal, chemical dosing pump, etc.)
· Trash screens, stop logs, sluice gates, etc.
· Flowmeters (EM, Pitot tube, Venturi, etc.)
· Oil skimmers
