Ankorstore empowers independent retailers and brands all over Europe through technology. We are enabling retailers to discover and reorder from brands while offering a range of services such as payment facilitation or delivery solutions. Led the retailer-side of the Comms squad (Product-Growth), where with a fantastic team of 6 we build extensions of the platform experience for different kinds of retailers across our 7 core regions using different CRM tools. In addition to the Lifecycle responsibilities: We have been responsible for the entire "Rewild Retail" rebranding of CRM, and major marketing events CRM touch-points; as well as setting up the User Research Practice of the Comms Squad (to best understand our stakeholders and how to bring value to them).
