In charge of Network configurations, managing and deploying WAN/LAN networks. Identifying and troubleshooting problems

Dealing with reviews of change management requests, security policies, back up practices, reviewing best practice according to industry standards. Performing preliminary security audits on network devices, and producing internal reports. Involved with effective IT service delivery, design, integration, migrations, virtualizations, upgrades, implementations, troubleshooting and maintenance of LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall on different products/solutions. Working in a multicultural environment, and able to swiftly alternate between communicating with French and English-speaking clients from various backgrounds. Some other Key Responsibilities:

▪ Ensure the technology watch by participating to webinars, taking training and passing certifications in partner IT Solutions (Microsoft, HPE, DELL, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, Silver Peak etc…)

▪ Frequent onsite visit to better qualify client's need for IT solution integration.

▪ Design Technical Proposal/Documents(LLD,HLD…).

▪ Deployment of IT solutions and services

▪ Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting to client as part of SLA contracts
